What’s your working process & What about sample charge?

• As we are mainly OEM manufacturer, and our standard working process with our customer will be as below:
  A. Inquiry--Sampling stage: Customer provide the original samples, or product specs/drawings, and we arrange the counter sample for our customer based on originals or specs/drawings. Or if customer would prefer one of our own designed products, just let us know the style number so we can arrange from our side as well; Basically, our samples are free of charge(less than 3pcs of each), but customer may have to responsible for the sample freight charge;
  B. Sample sending & Price quotation;
  C. Salesman sample order placement;
  D. Official PO follow;
